| Natomas Girls Softball League |
The Natomas Girls Softball League is a non-profit organization. The primary goal is to offer a family oriented affordable and fun program to introduce and cultivate the fundamentals of girls softball. Softball teaches girls character, self-esteem, teamwork, courage and loyalty. The Natomas Girls Softball League has been in existence since 1968.
We offer programs for players 4 1/2 - 16 years of age, with or without experience. Our players come from areas including North Sacramento, Del Paso Heights, Rio Linda, North Natomas, South Natomas, Robla, Downtown and North Highlands.

FINAL Saturday, February 4, 2012 10am-2pm at S. Natomas Community Center 2921 Truxel Rd.
**LATE Saturday February 11, 2012 8am-10am at Smythe Elementary School 2781 Northgate Blvd.
**LATE FEE- There is a $30 late fee for anyone registered after the FINAL registration on 2/4/11**
** Late Registration takes place before skills assessments and players need to come prepared to participate in the skills assessments at 10AM or 12PM.
Regular Price: $90 for T-ball Division (4yrs - 6 yrs)
Regular Price: $120 for all other divisions (7 yrs - 16 yrs)
There is a $20 discount on the 2nd child registered in the family.
Due to our loss of many local business sponsors the past few years and also the increase in costs for running the league we will have a registration increase this Spring 2012. Our rates have remained the same for over 5 years with all costs rising around us. Please understand we have not increased a large amount and are still reasonable and lower than many other sports and programs in our area.
All Players and coaches in the 8U-16U need to attend the skills assessments on Saturday, February 11, 2012
10:00 AM 8U & 10U Divisions
12:00 PM 12U & 14U & 16U Divisions
ALL Coaches will need to attend a mandatory coaches meeting on Saturday 2/11/12 from 8AM-10AM before the skills assessments. ALL Coaches will need to stay for both sessions of the skills assessments and Head Coaches will also need to stay for the Team Drafts following the skills assessments at 3:00PM.

NGS will be once again hosting a local round of the Aquafina Pitch, Hit & Run competition at Smythe Elementary School. Date to be announced soon. This FREE event will be open to ALL girls & boys ages 7-14. Competitors compete in four age groups: 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, 13/14. Age is determined as of July 17, 2012
| | Aquafina Major League Baseball Pitch, Hit & Run (PHR) is an exciting skills competition that provides boys and girls the chance to advance through four levels of competition, including Team Championship events at all 30 Major League ballparks and the National Finals at the MLB All-Star Game.
